As mummas it is often so hard to actually stop and just breathe. Over the years I have got better at trying to be more present in the moment and to stop and just breathe. In the busyness of life, it is so easy to get so caught up in the stress and pressure.

Just to stop and breathe deeply for 30 seconds can be all it takes to re centre me and put me in the right frame of mind.

To enjoy that long bedtime story instead of thinking about the hundred other things yet to be do...ne....start bed time a half hour earlier just to make this happen, unrushed.
