I had a dream the other night and made a decision, that I had totally forgotten about until a gorgeous friend posted about her donating plasma.

👩⚕️Over the years as Phil has often donated blood, I have asked about doing the same but have either been pregnant, feeding a baby or anemic! So, in my dream, I has actually donating blood and I woke enough to think on this and how now I can actually look into doing the same now !!!
I had totally forgotten my night time epiphany until Libby posted her story!
💕I actually have a very rare blood type and is very much needed, so it will be amazing to do this. I am sad to think of one thing though. I am A neg and have always needed an antibody blocker during and after any pregnancy or birth, to prevent my body killing the baby due to being opposite blood types. I was told that if we were not having any more babies, not to get the Anti D shot as this would enable me to donate the blood that would have the required Antibodies in to actually make the Anti D vaccine for other Mummas.

👶👶👶👶This was a huge call for us to have to make. If I didn't get the last shot, it would cause me to have the incorrect blood to support another baby, and would cause a miscarriage. But if I didn't have the shot and not have anymore babies, I could donate the required blood to make a huge difference for thousands of women and babies.
👶👩❤️💋👨👶👶👶💞I'm sad that I wont be able to give back in that way but am grateful that I can now start to donate plasma and blood !
Did I forget to mention just how much a HATE needles !!!???
